It was such a pleasure working with Peace on the MoniMoore project! She displayed incredible levels of ownership, commitment and dexterity.
One of the most memorable part of the experience working with her was that she perfectly understood our objective and created a brand new feature for the project. That’s was mind blowing and impressive.

Peace is the prototype for commitment, dedication and discipline. But beyond that, she has a natural bias for action. There was no better way to show those attributes for a law student who wanted to lead an operations team but ended up leading a marketing team in an extremely competitive youth organization.
I was directly involved in the recruitment process and the executive board selection process of Peace, and considering that we test for analytical skills, business acumen, customer centricity, emotional intelligence, and ability to take the initiative while leading large teams, I can say that Peace was an excellent candidate all though.
